Your Treatment Roadmap: What to Expect Every Step of the Way
01
Tell us about yourself— Start by completing our service request form! You can reach us by phone, text, or through our website. This form helps us gather some basic information like your contact details, payment info, guardianship (if applicable), and what’s bringing you in for therapy. This helps us understand how we can best support you.
02
Schedule your first appointment— Once we have a little information about you and your needs, we’ll help you schedule your first appointment! We’ll match you with a therapist who we believe will be the best fit for what you’re going through. After your appointment is booked, you’ll get a text from us with our office address, important policies, and your client intake paperwork.
03
Check-in for your first appointment— On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text to start your check-in process. We know your time is precious, and you might not always have 15-20 minutes to arrive early. That’s why we offer the option to complete paperwork and payments via text ahead of time. When you arrive, all you need to do is let the front desk know you're here! You can check in any time on the day of your appointment—by text, call, or in-person. Running late or need to get back to work? No problem! You can switch your appointment to telehealth at any time if that works better for you.
04
Meet your therapist— Once you’ve checked in, you’ll meet your therapist! We want you to feel comfortable and supported, and we know that not every therapist-client relationship is a perfect fit right away. If you ever feel like you’re not connecting or need a change, just let your therapist or our front desk know. We believe in making sure you're comfortable, and we’re happy to make adjustments to meet your needs.
05
Create a treatment plan— Together with your therapist, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan with both short- and long-term goals. These goals are flexible and can be adjusted as needed throughout therapy. You and your therapist will also discuss the frequency of your sessions, whether it’s weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and any other resources that may be helpful for you. If additional services are needed, your therapist will make referrals to get the help you deserve.
06
Case Closure— When you’ve met your goals and feel ready, you and your therapist will talk about closing your case. This is a positive step forward! Even after your case is closed, you’re always welcome to come back for support whenever you need it. You can easily restart services by reaching out to us via phone, text, or completing a service request form online.
